*An example canvas formed of 6mm dots, with 200 dots in the image,
would require a canvas of just over a metre wide.
To increase detail, you either use smaller dots or bigger canvas, or both.
If you only have a home printer, the Mac and Windows versions can chop the image into A4 or Letter sized pages for later assembly. (Coming soon to iPad version)

Creating all sorts of designs using the built-in templates is quite nice. All the tools you need are right there and understanding how to use them is not very difficult. But the ace up WinStitch’s sleeve is that it lets you import your own images and use them for your designs.
